If we receive a report, complaint, or legal notice regarding your User Content, we may act on it immediately, including removing the content and/or suspending or terminating your account. We are not required to provide you with prior notice or an opportunity to be heard before taking such action.

You acknowledge that PDF2Link acts as a passive conduit and host for User Content and does not pre-screen all content uploaded to the platform. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any User Content.

8. Copyright Infringement and DMCA

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any User Content hosted on PDF2Link infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by sending the following information to our designated agent:

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Send DMCA notices to: dmca@pdf2link.com

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any User Content hosted on the platform.

We make no representations or warranties regarding any User Content made available through the Services. You access and rely on User Content at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PDF2LINK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY USER CONTENT POSTED OR SHARED THROUGH THE SERVICES; (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA; (IV) THE REMOVAL OR DELETION OF ANY USER CONTENT; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

14. Third-Party Content and Links

The Services may host User Content created by third parties. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any third-party User Content. Your interactions with other users and any reliance on User Content are at your own risk.

15. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
